Guitar Lessons Made Easy

does anyone know a good website to teach a novice with guitar knowledge begining bass skills.?

I can play guitar to a fairly average level and want to branch out to the bass but i live in Cambodia and have no access to any resources other than net based ones. So i’m looking for free online lessons that have basic skills and knowledge rather than just learn a favourite riff type skills.
